For the purpose of this policy, "OP" means The Operations Partnership Ltd.
This policy explains how OP collects, stores, uses and shares personal information (including but not limited to information from which you can be personally identified such as your name, address, email address, or telephone number). It is important that you read and understand this privacy policy ("policy").
OP may update this policy at any time. Unless stated otherwise, OP's current policy applies to all information that OP have about you.

1. Data Collected
1.1 Consultant Database
In order for you to register as a consultant via our website, you are required to complete the registration process. This process requires you to provide certain personal information such as your name, email address, language skills and area of expertise.
1.2 Contracted consultants
Consultants that are contracted by OP to work on projects will have further personal information stored. This includes your address, date of birth, passport details, next of kin and bank details. This information is retained in order for OP to book travel, health insurance and to pay fees.
1.3 Employees, Board members and shareholders
Information stored on employees, Board members and shareholders includes address, date of birth, passport details, next of kin and bank details. This information is retained in order for OP to book travel, health insurance, pay salaries and fees, and for the purposes of legal documents pertaining to the organisation’s ownership and business operations.
2. Use and Sharing of Information
2.1 OP's Use of Information
OP collects and uses your personal and information, as described above, to operate its services or to carry out the transactions you request. This is collected and stored only with your permission.
2.2 Sharing of Information
OP will not share personal information about you with third parties or non-affiliated companies except,
i) when OP have your permission, to provide client organisations with your contact details regarding contracted work. These parties are required to process such information based on instructions from OP and in accordance with the project contract. They do not have any independent right to share this information.
ii) where OP believe that it is necessary to disclose such information to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable government request, to enforce OP's terms and conditions and investigate violations thereof, to prevent, detect and address fraud, security or technical issues, or to protect against harm to the rights and property of OP and its users as required or permitted by law.
3. Security
3.1 To secure your personal information, access to your data is password protected, and sensitive information is secured on a server accessible only to OP’s key licensed account holders. Whilst OP will implement the security measures detailed above, transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and therefore transmission via the internet is at your own risk. This is regarding data collected on the webform on OP’s website for new consultants signing up to our database.
3.2 All information mentioned in this policy will be kept for a minimum of 12 months from the 1st May 2018 and no more than 24 months without further agreement.
3.3 To remove all your details from OP’s records please email info@theoperationspartnership.com and specify which details you would like removed. Users have the right, by written request and on payment of a small fee, to a copy of any personal data (as defined in the Data Protection Act 1998), which we hold about you.
